At The Oxford Shirt, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
